Position Overview:

Exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented Contract Specialist to join a dynamic Contract Administration team in Houston. This role offers the chance to work with commercial customer contracts while ensuring quality assurance and compliance.



Key Responsibilities:



Review, approve and fulfill customer contracts according to established standards



Manage contract administration email inbox within SLA requirements



Collaborate with team members to implement best practices



Assist with process documentation and reporting



Perform mail merges and related administrative tasks



Maintain accurate records and documentation



Required Qualifications:



High School Diploma



2+ years of experience in Operations/Legal/Contracts role



Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)



Strong attention to detail and organizational skills



Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
