Senior Tax Accountant

SENIOR TAX ACCOUNTANT OPPORTUNITY WITH PRESTIGIOUS ACCOUNTING FIRM

Our client is a leading accounting firm in Northeast Ohio with over two decades of excellence in providing comprehensive financial services. Established in 1999, theyve built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional tax compliance, audits, financial statements, business valuations, and financial planning services to their diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare complex tax returns for individuals, trusts, partnerships, and corporations

Conduct tax research and prepare detailed memorandums

Identify and implement tax planning opportunities

Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff

Interface directly with clients and maintain strong relationships

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Tax, Accounting, or related field

CPA or CPA Candidate (minimum 120 hours completed)

2+ years of public accounting experience with tax focus

Strong proficiency in tax preparation software

Excellent communication and analytical skills

Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines
