Project Management Consultant - Renewable Energy

Position Overview:

Join an industry-leading renewable energy organization as a Project Management Consultant supporting their expanding solar division. This role offers significant growth potential within the renewable energy sector while working on cutting-edge solar projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage assigned solar projects through screening, due diligence, and pre-construction phases

Develop technically feasible, schedule-appropriate, and financially viable project plans

Analyze technical and financial data to identify key trends and indicators

Create and manage project capital budgets

Coordinate with subject matter experts on development and permitting

Support construction planning and commercial contract negotiations

Utilize various software applications for project management and data analysis

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering

Strong organizational and collaborative skills

Proactive mindset and problem-solving abilities

Capability to thrive in fast-paced environments

Self-motivated with ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

Construction or Energy Industry experience

Federal permitting and/or Solar project experience

Strong financial and data analysis background

Knowledge of mechanical & electrical systems

Proficiency in MS Excel, GIS, NREL SAM, and CAD
