SQA Analyst - Senior Quality Assurance Professional

Job Location: Kansas City, MO (Also considering Denver, CO, Oklahoma City, OK, Omaha, NE, and Remote)

Expected Assignment Length: 6 Months

Position Overview:

Were seeking an experienced Software Quality Assurance Analyst to join a dynamic team developing and supporting testing strategies for critical applications. This role combines technical expertise with strategic thinking to ensure the highest quality standards in software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive software quality assurance strategies

Create and implement test scenarios and user acceptance criteria

Perform analysis of requirement specifications and user stories

Execute test plans and scripts while maintaining detailed documentation

Collaborate with product delivery teams for defect resolution

Monitor and report on software quality measures

Required Qualifications:

6+ years of relevant QA experience

Bachelors degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

Strong experience in quality assurance and testing methodologies

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Advanced understanding of QA principles and best practices

Preferred Skills:

Experience with agile, cloud-based delivery

Expertise in .NET, Java, and JavaScript technologies

Test automation capabilities

Financial industry experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
