Position Overview:

Were seeking a detail-oriented Customer Support Coordinator to join our clients dynamic team in a hybrid work arrangement (50% on-site in Kansas City). This role combines technical testing, customer service excellence, and operational support in a sophisticated financial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and execute testing activities for application maintenance and enhancements

Provide professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Manage operational queues and maintain service level agreements

Handle sensitive information with strict adherence to security protocols

Monitor inventory and complete daily accounting activities

Participate in technology implementation and process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience in a professional environment

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Experience with testing methodologies and documentation

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
