Location: South Birmingham
Position: HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant)
️ Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Support teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
✅ Lead small group interventions and whole-class sessions where required.
✅ Assist in assessing and monitoring pupil progress.
✅ Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to meet the needs of all students.
✅ Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.

‍ What We’re Looking For:
HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
Proven experience working in a primary school setting.
A passion for supporting children’s education and well-being.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment to fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment for all pupils.
