Sous Chef
Location: London SE1Schedule: 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 (flexibility required, occasional evening shifts). Paid overtime available.
Salary: £38,000
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Sous Chef to join our team at a fantastic venue in the heart of London. This is a unique opportunity to bring your culinary expertise to a dynamic and creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:Support the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.

Oversee kitchen operations during service, maintaining efficiency and smooth workflow.

Train, mentor, and inspire junior members of the kitchen team.

Assist in menu development, incorporating creativity and seasonal ingredients.

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.

Manage stock control, ordering, and food cost efficiency.
