We're currently recruiting a dedicated Potering Dispatcher to support the team with the dispatching, inputting and completing of the KDOM’s using Concept Evolution in accordance with and to the standards required by Compass Group UK & Ireland, the contract specification and statutory Regulations and to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Healthcare on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week.In return, you will have the chance to progress your career with a company that invests in its people, celebrates individuality, and rewards and recognises employees who go beyond the plate.Could you bring your spark to Healthcare? Here's what you need to know before applying:Your key responsibilities will include:Using a computer system to receive departmental tasks and dispatch the tasks to the relevant person/s.

Ensure all time scales are met and tasks are completed within the rectification time given on the computer system.

Ensure effective communication via radio, telephone and email professionally.

Keeping up-to-date record logs of tasks using Helpdesk systems.

Answering the telephone and dealing with queries in a professional manner.

Ensuring records are updated in a timely manner in accordance with confidentiality and data protection policies.

Maintain a ‘One Team’ ethos, supporting the department where necessary.

Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image

Our ideal Facilities Assistant will:Have previous experience within a similar role

Good level of IT skills – Microsoft office

Excellent communication skills

High organisational skills

Be adaptable and easily embrace changing priorities

Be a brilliant communicator and easily build relationships

Strive for excellence in an eager and motivated manner

Possess the ability to work under pressure

Demonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliability

GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths
