Job Title: Warehouse Operative (Telecommunications Retail & Wholesale)

Location: Stratford
Shift Options:

Day Shift: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Night Shift: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Salary: £12.31/hour - £16.66/hour (based on experience and shift preference)

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading client in the telecommunications retail and wholesale sector. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient packing and handling of products essential to the telecommunications industry. Key Responsibilities:

Order Packing: Accurately pack items from a conveyor belt according to specific customer orders.
Quality Control: Ensure all packages meet the required specifications, including correct items, proper packaging, and labelling.
Safe Storage: Organise and store packed items in the warehouse to maintain a clean and efficient workspace, ensuring products are safely stored for distribution.
Inventory Management: Assist with stock counts and inventory checks to ensure all products are accounted for.
Health & Safety: Adhere to company health and safety procedures and protocols at all times to maintain a safe working environment.
Skills & Qualifications:

Attention to Detail: Ability to pack items with precision and ensure packaging meets customer requirements.
Physical Stamina: Capable of lifting and moving packages and goods throughout the shift.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Basic IT Skills: Ability to use warehouse management systems (training will be provided).
Experience (Preferred): Previous warehouse, packing, or distribution experience is an advantage but not essential. Full training will be provided.
