The Contracts Coordinator's day to day duties are as follows:

To maintain and update client information, produce quotations.

To be main point of contact for client contractual queries.

To review renewal quotes, ensuring pricing is accurate, correct and in line with pricing matrix.

To present the companies unique proposition and in turn support opportunities across all streams.

To build relationships with Account Managers as well as their accounts to provide best in class customer experience and increase contact surface across all client groups.

To deliver objectives in a fast-paced and often time precious environment.

To meet monthly targets for conversion, retention and new lead generation.

To understand the contractual contribution and profitability of the Contracts Team and in turn understand profitability of contracts and how to prioritise.

Identify opportunities to drive profitability through new products, process improvements, and client rates.

The Successful Contracts Co-ordinator must have the following skills/experience:

Some experience with scheduling

Customer Service Focused

Logical and methodical approach

Proven track record of commercial success

Numerate, Commercial Acumen & IT Literate

High Energy Levels and motivated

Excellent Interpersonal Skills

Judgement and Decision-Making Skills
