The Opportunity

Are you passionate about making a difference in a people-focused environment? As our People Advisor, you’ll be a key player in our People Team, providing expert advice and hands-on guidance to employees and managers across a variety of areas, including employee relations, absence management, and policy implementation. 

Working as part of this collaborative and supportive team, you’ll help drive initiatives that strengthen our workplace culture and ensure we’re delivering the very best for our people.

You’ll thrive in this role if you’re someone who can navigate sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism, especially in areas like absence management or handling delicate employee relations cases.

Collaboration is key here, as you'll partner with the wider People team to ensure consistent, effective support across all areas of the business.

You'll play a pivotal role in improving our people policies and practices, bringing your ideas to the table and driving change.

Whether it’s guiding managers through complex cases or coaching them on how to apply policies effectively, you’re confident in offering clear, practical advice that makes a positive impact.
