Job Role: Architectural Technician

Location: Canterbury

Salary: 30,000- 39,000 dependent on experience

With a number of exciting projects in the pipeline they are seeking a passionate Architectural Technician to join their thriving team in Canterbury.

The successful Architectural Technician will have several years of experience post qualification within a UK Architectural practice working on large scale residential and commercial/ education projects and proficiency in industry standard software.

Skills, experience and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

Several years of post-qualification experience within a UK based Architectural practice
Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural Technology
Keen to input to company growth
Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD and other industry standard software
Develop design concepts and detailed plans
Liaise with clients, contractors and other stakeholders
Strong technical skills
Ideally have job running experience
Thorough knowledge of building regulations
Work to a high standard whilst meeting strict deadlines
Live locally to Canterbury
