About the Role

As General Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping the brand's strategy, enhancing customer experiences, and leading a high-performing team. Your mission will be to deliver unparalleled excellence while ensuring sustained profitability and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and market share.
Oversee all operational aspects of the business, ensuring alignment with the brand's global standards.
Build and nurture strong relationships with VVIP clients and stakeholders.
Lead, inspire, and develop a talented team to deliver world-class customer service.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion.
Represent the brand with charisma and professionalism at high-profile events and engagements.
Essential Requirements

Our ideal candidate is a polished, articulate leader with an exceptional ability to inspire trust and confidence in a discerning clientele.

Extensive experience in senior management within the luxury automotive sector.
Strong business acumen with a track record of achieving sales and profitability targets.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluency in Arabic is highly desirable; however, outstanding non-Arabic-speaking candidates with the right credentials will also be considered.
Charismatic and confident, with the ability to represent the brand at the highest levels.
Aged between 40-49, ideally with a blend of maturity and energy to take on this pivotal role.
