Job Title: Commercial Manager

Location: London

Package: £80,000 - £85,000 plus car allowance, bonus and flexible working

Skilled Careers are working with a Tier One Main Contractor who specialise in the Reactive Maintenance sector and are looking for a Commercial Manager or an experienced Senior QS to lead a new long term contract.

This is a Main Contractor that was voted in the top 20 companies to work for in the UK and this opportunity is something that will lead to a Director role in the future.

Responsibilities

Leading a new long term contract with a team of five talented Surveyors working underneath yourself.

Lead commercially in the monthly Contract Review Meetings (CRM’s) with Operations Manager.

Budget responsibility, commercial management and client commercial liaison for applicable contract(s)

Manage and oversee Assistant / Quantity Surveyors in all line-manager duties.

Requirements

Must have experience in the Social Housing.

Ideally have some sort of exposure to Reactive Maintenance (not essential).

Positive attitude and have the drive to do well.

What is in it for you?
