Job description

Our client is seeking a talented and imaginative Video Content Creator to join their team. You will work in collaboration our clinets marketing, production, and design teams to develop content that captures the essence of the clients products and work .

Key Responsibilities:

Video Creation & Production: Conceptualise, shoot, and edit engaging video content showcasing Christmas products, seasonal themes, and VR worlds.

Storytelling & Magic Creation: Develop visually captivating stories that convey the magical essence of the holiday season through product features, animated scenes, and virtual reality environments.

VR World Development: Integrate and create immersive virtual reality experiences, providing an interactive and magical experience that aligns with holiday themes.

Post-production & Editing: Handle all aspects of video post-production, including editing, sound design, and colour correction, ensuring high-quality and polished final outputs.

Creative Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product teams, and marketing staff to align video content with seasonal marketing campaigns and product launches.

Content Strategy: Assist in planning video content calendars, suggesting new ideas and formats to maximize engagement during the holiday season.

Innovation & Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in video production, virtual reality technology, and holiday marketing to keep content fresh and cutting-edge.

Audience Engagement: Create videos optimized for various platforms (social media, website, VR platforms, etc.) that are engaging, shareable, and visually stunning.

Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, and aesthetic across all video content, for The Seasonal Group’s own brand products and be able to adapt to other retail brand identities briefed in by clients for bespoke projects

Qualifications:

* Experience:

* 2-4 years of professional experience in video production, animation, or content creation, with a focus on creative and magical storytelling.

* Experience working with VR video creation, 3D rendering, or immersive environments is a plus.

* A portfolio or reel showcasing previous video work, particularly those with holiday, magical, or VR elements.

* Skills:

* Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).

* Experience with 3D animation tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, Unreal Engine, etc.) is a bonus.

* Strong understanding of lighting, colour grading, and sound design.

* Familiarity with virtual reality platforms and video integration for VR experiences.

* Creativity in producing visually stunning and unique video experiences.

* Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

* Personal Traits:

* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

* Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to present and defend creative ideas.
