What You'll Do:
As Showroom Sales Support Staff, you will be the welcoming face that greets customers and ensures they have an unforgettable experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

Welcome and assist customers: Make every customer feel at home by providing a warm and friendly welcome, ensuring their comfort as they explore the showroom.
Deliver exceptional customer service: Offer professional, courteous, and personalised assistance to meet the needs of each customer.
Build strong relationships: Engage with customers, understand their home improvement needs, and guide them through the extensive range of products.
Stay organised: Handle administrative tasks and help keep the showroom running smoothly and efficiently.

My client is seeking someone who is passionate about customer service and has excellent organisational skills. Heres what theyre looking for:

Experience: Previous experience in reception or customer service roles is ideal.
Skills: Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
Personality: A friendly and approachable demeanour combined with a professional attitude.
Your Working Hours:
This part-time role offers flexibility, but please note that weekends and Bank Holidays are essential working days. The showroom is open:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 am 5:30 pm
Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 am 4:00 pm
