About the Role
As a Senior Town Planner, you'll play a pivotal role in managing diverse projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. From initial site assessments to securing planning permissions, you'll guide clients through the entire process while ensuring innovative, sustainable, and policy-compliant solutions. You'll also foster strong relationships with developers, landowners, and local authorities to drive successful project outcomes.

What We're Looking for as a Senior Town Planner

A degree accredited by the RTPI in Town Planning or a related discipline.
Chartered Membership of the RTPI (or working towards it).
Exceptional report-writing, analytical, and communication skills.
A proactive and solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
