Are you a passionate individual with a drive for sales? Phoenix Gray Rec Ltd is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Billericay, Essex. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting cold and warm calls, engaging with potential candidates and clients, and establishing strong relationships within the construction industry. While prior recruitment experience is desirable, we also welcome candidates with a solid sales or business development background who are looking to kick-start their career in recruitment.
