Upto £90,000 plus package

Do you have experience of managing New Build Industrial/Warehouse projects of significant value as a number 1. If so, our client is keen to talk to you!!

Our client, a fledgling main contractor located in the Midlands have recently secured 3 new projects, around the M25. As they are now venturing further down the M1 into the Home Counties, they are keen to bring on board a Senior Project Manager to focus on schemes in the South East. Projects secured, range in contract value from £10m - £25m.

Location of new projects secured: Crawley, Basingstoke, Guildford, Kent
You will work closely with the Construction Director and have day to day operational responsibility for the live project.

The Candidate (Senior Project Manager):
As a Senior Project Manager you should have well-rounded general main contracting experience gained through working on a variety of project types with the ability to work independently with confidence and decisiveness. Candidates should be self-motivated, proactive with a positive can-do attitude and experience within the role as a Project Manager.

You will require the following:
• Previous Industrial/Warehouse sector experience is essential.
• A working knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts (Preferable)
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• A full UK driving license
•
The Package:
• Salary: Up to £90,000 dependent on experience
• Company Car / Allowance
• Contributory Pension
• Bonus
