The Company:
Are you an Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking for a new role?
Our client, regional main contractor located in Northamptonshire are looking to further grow their Commercial Team with the introduction of an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. They predominantly deliver New Build projects up to the value of £15m and operate within 2 key sectors; Multi-rooms & Industrial Warehouse, with the majority of the schemes that they deliver being of a new build nature.

Project values range from £5 million up to £15 million with schemes being procured on both a negotiated and competitive basis.

About The Role:
As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will play an integral role in the management, direction, and successful completion of our building projects. Working closely with a Senior Quantity Surveyor to develop, learn and grow. Your focus is to manage build cost and maximises margin whilst enhancing value for money for our clients and achieving the required standards and quality.

About You:
• Previous experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor
• Reside within commutable distance of Ashby.
• Previous experience on Industrial or Multirooms projects. (Preferred but not essential)
• Experience of working within the Construction industry for a main contractor.
