What We Need From You:

We want people who are as passionate about making a difference as we are. As a Community Worker, you’ll be supporting clients in their homes, providing everything from companionship and personal care to medication assistance and helping with day-to-day tasks. Your role is to enhance their quality of life and ensure they feel supported every step of the way.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

Aged 18 or Over and eligible to work in the UK
A Full UK Driving License with access to a car (mileage expenses reimbursed up to 45p per mile!)
A Love for Helping People – Whether you’re listening to someone’s story or supporting them through a tough time, your compassion will shine.
A Good Standard of English – Communication is key, and you’ll be great at it!
An enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration (to be paid in full at £49.50 with a full refund after a set period of hours worked*)
