Job Title: Senior Architect

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

This is a great opportunity to join an award-winning architectural practice who operate nationally on a range of innovative residential projects. They are on the lookout for an established Senior Architect to join their expanding team in their East Midlands offices.

To be successful in applying for the role of Senior Architect you will need to strong post qualification experience as well as being ARB registered. Excellent experience within the residential sector across all RIBA stages is essential, with varied experience working across all RIBA stages being crucial.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:

A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience with a UK practice
ARB registered
Proficient with AutoCAD software
Proven background leading and delivering on residential projects
Strong experience working across all RIBA stages
Strong design ability
Excellent technical design and detailing knowledge
Good knowledge of UK planning and building regulations
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Full UK driver's license
