Asbestos Surveyor

£35,000 - £40,000 + Benefits

Ipswich, Suffolk

A great opportunity has arisen for a BOHS P402/RSPH3 qualified Asbestos Surveyor to join a thriving independently run Asbestos company, who due to the acquisition of new contracts, are looking to add to their team. You can expect to work on a range of residential type contracts located across the Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Norfolk areas.

The successful applicant will have:

* BOHS P402/RSPH3 qualification with a minimum of 2 years’ site experience

* Full UK driving license with willingness to commute across the East Anglia region

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

* Experience in using tablets

* Knowledge of TEAMS (or similar) software

* Proven experience in carrying out Management, Refurbishment & Demolition surveys across residential buildings

* Sound knowledge of HSG: 264 guidelines

As an Asbestos Surveyor, you will be required to conduct thorough, UKAS accredited and HSG guided Asbestos Management and R&D Surveys, submitting relevant reports as of when required.

On offer is a negotiable basic salary of up to £40,000, along with a full benefits package which includes a company vehicle, fuel card, pension scheme, attractive overtime rates and options, 23 days holiday + bank holidays and more!
