Job Title: Architect OR Architectural Technologist
Location: Leeds (we also have opportunities available in the north west)
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

A global multi-disciplinary consultancy with world-renowned expertise in infrastructure and design solutions, our client are a leading provider of Architectural and Engineering services, with a particular focus on projects in Defence, Nuclear, and Government sectors.

This role offers an ambitious Architect or Architectural Technologist to join a world-class consultancy with great career progression prospects.

Role Overview
We're looking to speak with both Architects and Architectural Technologists with experience that aligns with the below spec. Whilst this role is advertised as being Leeds based, we also have opportunities available in the North West, so feel free to get in touch if you'd be interested but would prefer a location closer to home.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver architectural design from project inception to completion, with particular emphasis on RIBA Stages 2 to 4
Work proficiently with BIM level 2 (and beyond), demonstrating advanced Revit skills
Collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders using exceptional drawing, modelling, and interpersonal skills
Solve complex design challenges within multi-disciplinary project teams
Contribute to the professional development of junior staff and colleaguesRole Requirements

Enthusiastic Architect or Technologist with strong building and facility design experience
Not necessarily chartered, but with relevant professional experience
Proficient Revit user with comprehensive BIM capabilities
Ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams
Prepared to obtain or currently holding 'SC' security clearance
