Basic - £27,000
OTE - £35,000 uncapped

Hours:
Mon - Fri - 8.30am - 5.30pm
No weekends

We are looking for an Aftersales Retention Specialist for a beautiful car dealership in Lancashire.

Main Purpose of the Role

* To answer customer telephone enquiries for service in an efficient, courteous and friendly manner.
* To maintain a high standard of customer service contact when booking customers into the system.
* To organise the loading of the workshop system to ensure efficient utilisation of workshop capacity.
* To carry out systematic follow up, upsell and prospecting activities.
* To ensure service and parts processes are adhered to and maintained.
* To proactively contact customers who have services and or MOTs due.

As an Aftersales Retention Advisor you will be working with a genuinely fantastic team with the one of the top automotive employers in the North West with lots of potential.
