Are you looking for variety, challenge and a job that helps to make a difference? We are recruiting for a Reviewing Service Manager as a member of the Quality Assurance and Safeguarding Service. You will provide an independent (of case management), high quality service for children subject to child protection plans and for children and young people looked after (CLA).

Your new role
You will contribute to the evaluation and quality assurance in the delivery of its child protection and looked after children services and will alert senior managers to service successes and failures. As a qualified social worker with significant management experience, you will lead a team of IRO's and CP Chairs, contributing to our ongoing development as we strive to deliver high quality support to children and families; and you will play a key role working alongside the Slough Safeguarding Partnership to improve the quality of multi-agency input to child protection conference and CLA review processes.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience as a manager supporting a team of IRO's and CP Chairs.
Social work experience within children's services.
Social Work degree.
SWE Registered.
Driving license and access to a car. What you'll get in return
