About the Role

As Clinical Deputy Manager, you will:

Play a key leadership role, supporting the Home Manager in delivering exceptional care standards.
Oversee the clinical team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to nursing and care staff.
Maintain a person-centred approach to care, fostering a supportive and compassionate environment.

A Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification is essential.
