Software Asset Management Administrator

Fully remote - 3-month contract (scope to extend) - starting ASAP Jan

£14.00 - £14.50 Per hour

We are looking for an experienced software licence specialist, administrator to join global Software services company

Job duties

Compliance and Reporting

Assisting the ITVOM in the implementation of new policies and procedures
Producing and generating compliance reports and reporting to stakeholders where required.
Providing regular reports on software licence usage, compliance and cost.

Stakeholder management

Created and maintained a good rapport and working relationship with third party stakeholders and clients.
Communicate with stakeholders at all levels

Management of software licences

Across multiple vendors such as Microsoft, Adobe and Oracle etc.
Help maintain an accurate and up to date inventory of all software
Assist in the management of software licence agreements
Proactively researching cost savings activities across the current database
Assist in the management of software contracts ensuring the compliance of T&C's
Knowledge of Snow and Snow Atlas, including SAM core and SAAS.

Software procurement

Assist with the transfer of the software procurement process.
Involved in the transfer of the purchasing process via the Spend council
Assisting the ITVOM in leading the weekly spend council meetings.
Reviewing purchasing, renewals and additions in licencing.

Process and Documentation

Assisting the ITVOM with developing and implementation of processes and documentation for SAM
Ensuring they align with the current practices
