ABOUT THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join this growing team based in Chester. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the product strategy, ensuring that products meet customer needs and align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and communicate the product vision and strategy.
* Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
* Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, outlining key milestones and release plans.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support, to ensure successful product development and launch.
* Prioritise features and improvements based on customer feedback, business goals, and technical feasibility.
* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success and make data-driven decisions.
* Address challenges and roadblocks that arise during the product development process.
* Gather and analyse customer feedback to continuously improve the product.
ABOUT THE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in project management. Have strong understanding of product/project development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritise effectively.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Our client is an exciting UK start up, with group business backing (a renowned food manufacturer and exporter shipping to over 100 countries worldwide). Their mission is to provide high-quality products efficiently and effectively while fostering a dynamic and enjoyable work environment. This role is based in Chester, with the option of flexible working.
