Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen analytical mindset, and the ability to lead initiatives that enhance client satisfaction and retention. Ideally you have a background in cleaning Chemicals

Duties

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.

* Communicate effectively with clients regarding product updates, service offerings, and any issues that may arise.

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of services and solutions that meet client expectations.

* Monitor account performance and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

* Quoting and matching like for like Products

Requirements

* Proven experience in account management or a related field, with a strong understanding of cleaning chemicals

* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

* Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.

* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.

* Demonstrated leadership capabilities, showcasing the ability to motivate teams towards achieving common goals.

* A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
