We are looking for a meticulous and knowledgeable Specification Technologist. This role focuses on creating accurate, legally compliant internal and external customer specifications that meet customer-specific standards. Key Responsibilities

Develop, review, and maintain product specifications for internal and external customers, ensuring all details are accurate, legally compliant, and meet customer requirements
Ensure specifications are thoroughly documented to support the creation of compliant artwork and packaging materials
Ensure specifications comply with BRC standards and meet customer-specific compliance standards
Understanding of customer codes of practice, legal guidelines
Maintain documentation that meets both legal and quality assurance standardsSkills and Qualifications

Experience in a similar role within the food or FMCG industry
Familiarity with nutritional information requirements
