Bid Writer – Affordable Housing

* Essex based

* Driving licenses and car is essential!

* Hybrid working

* Salary up to £50k + package

The Role

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Bid Writer to work with a recognised main contractor serving affordable housing sector.

Key Responsibilities

* Produce clear, compelling, and tailored bid submissions to win new business.

* Collaborate with technical teams to gather project insights and content.

* Ensure all proposals meet client requirements and deadlines.

* Continuously improve bid materials by incorporating feedback and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience in bid writing, preferably in the construction sector.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong attention to detail and a strategic mindset.
