Mechanical Project Manager - Kent - £80,000 - £85,000 + Package

Company Overview
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their team for significant projects within the commercial sectors in Kent. With a diverse portfolio, our client is involved in a wide range of sectors, including Data Centres, Healthcare, Education, and Commercial.

Salary & Benefits

* £80,000 to £85,000 salary

Duties

* Report to a Senior Project Manager/Contracts Manager

* Attend and represent the company at on-site meetings

* Oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery

* Review and approve technical submittals

* Coordinate and manage sub-contractors effectively

* Take responsibility for QA activities on electrical packages

* Prepare RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) and progress reports for sub-contractors and clients

Requirements

* SMSTS and CSCS Black Card are essential

* Experience working with an M&E sub-contractor is preferred

* Proven experience in commercial projects, with a focus on the aviation or similar sectors

* Prior experience as a Mechanical Project Manager

* Stable employment history (minimum of three years in previous roles)

* Strong understanding of aviation or commercial project environments
