We are currently recruiting for a Legal Secretary based in Leicester to join our client's Employment team on a full-time permanent basis. 

Summary of the Legal Secretary role 

Salary: £27,000 per annum
Location: Leicester - 100% office based
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: 35 hour working week Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Benefits: 25 days holiday, Free onsite parking, Profit share scheme, Private medical, Company events

Responsibilities of the Legal Secretary

Transcribing and proofreading letters, emails and other correspondence.
Audio typing.
File management.
Typing of documents and tracking amendments.
Preparation of client letters.
General administration duties. 
PA duties including meeting minutes and booking travel arrangements.
Requirements for a successful Legal Secretary

Previous Secretarial experience within the Legal sector is essential.
Excellent typing skills.
Well organised with excellent time management. 
Strong IT skills with proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Able to organise and manage workload priorities.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail.
