Description

We are looking for a Working Foreman around the Lincoln area to work around Waddington, Grantham, Coningsby and Cranwell for a highly established company working on Military of Defence bases. This position is working with void properties and will require individual time management.

As the Working Foreman you will be responsible for:

Ensuring properties are ready for move in
Maintenance works within properties
Managing much of their own time
Attending appointments
Certain management responsibilities
The successful Working Foreman will:

Have Full driving license
Have a Multi Trade background
Manage around 500 properties on patch
Manage their own time and visit empty properties

Annual salary of 34,000
