Are you a skilled production professional with a passion for driving efficiency and quality in manufacturing? We're looking for a Production Team Leader to join our client's team and play a key role in optimising operations within a dynamic, low-volume, high-variation manufacturing environment.

Your Role

As a Production Team Leader, you will:

* Lead daily production activities, ensuring operational efficiency and product quality.

* Champion lean manufacturing practices, identifying and implementing process improvements.

* Supervise and inspire a team of skilled professionals, fostering collaboration and accountability.

* Work closely with other departments to achieve production targets and meet customer deadlines.

* Maintain compliance with all safety and quality standards.

We’re seeking someone with:

* Proven experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment.

* A strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and practical application.

* Familiarity with low-volume, high-variation production processes.
