Job Title: Skilled Production Operative

Industry: Manufacturing

Start Date: ASAP

Hourly Rate: £12.32 - £12.78

Working Pattern: Full Time (4on4 off: 7am- 7pm, 7pm- 7am)

Our client, a leading manufacturing organisation in the Melton Mowbray area, is currently seeking a Skilled Production Operative to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable company in the manufacturing industry. Someone with forklift truck experience would be desirable.

Responsibilities:

Manufacture prepared pet food products through the operation and control of the production process
Contribute to the execution of the shift production plan
Ensure the quality of products meets the brand specifications
Identify and escalate quality and process issuesRequirements:

GCSE level in English and Maths at Grade C or above or equivalent
Good team player with a flexible approach
Excellent communication skills
Ability to learn PC based systems
Good level of manual dexterity
