We've got an exciting opportunity for a Workflow Scheduler to step into a pivotal role, ensuring seamless production workflows and contributing directly to Origin's industry-leading 'On Time In Full' (O.T.I.F) delivery performance.
Key Responsibilities include but is not limited to:
* Keep Things Moving: Manage the flow of work orders into production, preparing work sheets, attaching CADs, and ensuring cutting operators have everything they need.
* Adapt and Conquer: Handle real-time scheduling changes to meet sales requests, all while keeping production lines running smoothly.
* Be the Link: Collaborate with suppliers, track deliveries, and evaluate performance to guarantee top-notch materials arrive on time.
* Coordinate like a Pro: Work with warehousing to ensure every material gets where it needs to be, right when it's needed.
* Fine-Tune Details: Analyze work orders for special requests and ensure all instructions are crystal clear and ready to go.
* Streamline Processes: Support machine programming tasks by liaising with the Project Engineer to provide accurate work order details.
* Go Above and Beyond: Assist with additional administrative tasks that make our operations world-class.
Who we are looking for:

* An eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
* Confidence in working with multiple teams to deliver exceptional results.
* Bonus: Experience in scheduling, production, or manufacturing!
* Excellent written and communication skills in English
