An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead specialist smoke ventilation projects across the UK. Based in Kidderminster, with nationwide travel, this role involves managing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all technical and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Project Management: Full ownership of assigned projects, from handover to final delivery.

* Planning & Delivery: Develop detailed project plans, oversee installation, and ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.

* Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including contractors and engineers, and mentor junior project managers.

* Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact for high-profile projects.

* Budget Control: Manage budgets, procurement, and financial reporting, ensuring profitability and minimising risks.

* Compliance & Quality: Ensure all projects meet fire safety and building regulations while adhering to company quality standards.

What You’ll Bring

* Proven track record in project management, ideally within smoke ventilation, HVAC, or construction.

* Strong leadership and team-building skills.

* Excellent organisational abilities, capable of managing multiple complex projects.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team collaboration.

* Proficiency in reading drawings and planning technical approaches.

* A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.

Position Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of construction or site experience.

* Experience managing projects from start to finish, including financial aspects.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

* Located within commuting distance of Kidderminster.
