Are you a passionate Teaching Assistant with SEND experience seeking to make a difference?

CER are currently looking for a SEND Teaching assistant in the Peterborough area to support Primary and Secondary education of children on a long-term basis. Our client is looking for someone who can immerse themselves in the school's community and ethos whilst ensuring a delivery of passion and excellence in teaching and learning.

Role responsibilities:

Supporting the teaching staff to implement the KS1, 2, 3 and 4 curriculum by
providing booster and intervention sessions to raise standards within the
classroom
Working with a child's strengths and weaknesses to support their development
and progress
Being able to build a good rapport with teachers and children alike
Helping to create a stimulating and motivating environment for children
