Formulation Scientist

My client is looking for a Formulation Scientist to join their growing team! If you have a science background and want to make a difference, then this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring successful delivery and accountability at every stage.

Collaborate closely with our Innovation and Sales teams to develop and implement creative solutions.

Design and formulate bespoke premix blends that align with both business objectives and customer requirements.

Stay informed about emerging trends in functional ingredients and nutritional advancements.

Provide expert formulation and nutritional guidance across all areas of the business.

Assess and approve high-quality raw materials from trusted suppliers.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of all products, including premix blends and individual ingredients, to address technical, nutritional, and labelling inquiries confidently.

Drive impactful internal projects with measurable outcomes.

Establish and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs).

Contribute to packaging optimisation strategies to enhance efficiency and sustainability.

Support audits and ensure compliance with standards such as ISO, FSSC, Kosher, Halal, and RSPO.

Strong time management abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines efficiently.
