CNC Setter / Operator (Great Progression)

£25,000 - £35,000 + Shift Allowance + Technical Training + Premium Overtime + Days + Progression

Workshop based, commutable from Bournemouth, Poole, Ferndown, Wimborne Minster, Ringwood, Christchurch and Surrounding Areas.

Rotating Shift Pattern Early and Lates (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm)

Are you a CNC Setter / Operator or Manual Machinist with experience in Milling or Turning looking to be heavily invested in through on the job training to develop your skill set and become a go to specialist with the option of Premium overtime to massively affect your earnings, all whilst having a great work life balance?

This company are a world leading manufacturer of specialist components across a range of different industries. They are a well-established, growing and close-knit team and have developed a large and varied client base and now require a CNC Machinist to help them move into their next exciting phase of development.

On offer is a CNC Machinist role where you will be setting, operating and programming a wide range of Milling and Lathe machines such as Multi-Turret, Sliding Head and Twin Spindles. You will be working as part of a team and manufacturing specialist products to a high quality.

This role would suit a skilled CNC Setter / Operator or Manual Machinist looking for the training to increase their technical skill set, whilst keeping a great work life balance and having the opportunity to massively affect their earnings through optional premium overtime.

The Role:
*This role will involve the manufacture of precision parts using either CNC Machinery or Manual Machinery.
*Monday to Friday Role rotating shift pattern

The Person:
*Experience with CNC Machinery or Manual Machining in either milling or turning.
*Looking for more training into CNC programming
