We are Hiring: Recruitment Consultant – Bedford Branch

Salary & Benefits:

• £25,000 - £30,000 per year (DOE)

• Uncapped bonus scheme

Working Hours:

• Standard hours (to be confirmed)

• Participation in a rotational on-call schedule as part of our 24-hour operation

Driving:

A full UK driving license is essential, as travel to client sites will be a key part of this role.

Your Responsibilities:

• Managing the end-to-end temporary recruitment process

• Sourcing and engaging candidates through various platforms

• Matching candidates to client roles with precision and care

• Achieving targets and KPIs to contribute to business growth
