Corporate Commercial Solicitor (2+ PQE) sought for one of Kent's leading law firms.

The Firm
Our client is a market leading, multi-office law firm in Kent.

The firm's loyal client base is broad, ranging from private individuals to developers, banks, retailers, housing providers, professional services firms and charities.

The Role
Due to departmental growth, the firm is looking to welcome a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to the team.
The successful individual will advise on a full range of corporate and commercial work including:

Mergers and Acquisitions - primarily private company transactions
Corporate advisory
Banking and Finance
Shareholders' Agreements and Articles of Association
Share incentive schemes
Joint Ventures
Commercial Contracts
Intellectual Property and Information Technology
Partnerships and LLPsYou can expect to work very closely with a Chambers ranked Corporate Commercial Partner who is well known and respected in the industry.
