Trainee Tyre Fitter / Stores Operative (Motorsport)

Salary Negotiable

Daventry, Northants

Workshop hours 9am until 5pm, Monday to Friday - hours will vary when working at race circuits

Due to new and exciting developments within their business, our Daventry based, Motorsport client, have a fantastic opportunity for a Full Time, Permanent Trainee Tyre Fitter / Stores Operative to join their growing team.

This role, while based in Daventry will also include travel to race circuits across the UK and overseas.

Trainee Tyre Fitter / Stores Operative Job purpose:

To be responsible for fitting tyres under time pressures dictated by the site locations which will include race circuits across the UK and overseas.

Trainee Tyre Fitter / Stores Operative responsibilities:

Loading tyres and equipment ready for race events
Build-up and break-down of equipment and structures
Tyre fitting of race tyres at race events and in the workshop
Communicating with customersTrainee Tyre Fitter / Stores Operative requirements:

Able to travel in the UK and abroad
Able to work weekends
Experience in tyre fitting and balancing desirable
A passion for Motorsport
Good communicator
Able to work as part of a team and independently
Able to work to strict timescales
