4myschools are looking for a Primary Supply Teacher to join a vibrant school in Bishops Stortford Hertfordshire.

Are you a dedicated and adaptable primary teacher looking for flexible work in the Bishops Stortford area? We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Primary Supply Teacher to join our team on an ongoing basis, starting ASAP. This is an excellent opportunity for teachers looking to make a positive impact in a variety of classrooms while enjoying a flexible schedule.

About the Role:

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to teach classes from Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to Key Stage 2 (KS2). Whether you're looking for 1 or up to 5 days of work per week, we offer flexible assignments that suit your availability.

Responsibilities as a Primary Supply Teacher:

* Deliver high-quality lessons across different year groups (EYFS, Key Stage 1, and/or Key Stage 2)

* Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment

* Support students' learning and development, ensuring all pupils meet their potential

* Provide continuity and consistency for students in the absence of the regular teacher

* Liaise with teaching staff to ensure smooth transitions and clear communication regarding lesson plans

* Maintain a high standard of teaching practice and adhere to the school's policies and procedures

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

* Experience teaching in primary education (preferred but not essential)

* Strong understanding of the primary curriculum

* Excellent communication, classroom management, and organisational skills

* Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to different teaching environments

* Passion for working with children and helping them succeed
