Area: Barnet

Salary: Up to £40,000 (£45,000+ OTE)

This role is within the housing maintenance sector covering Social Housing properties.

Duties:

* Maintenance

* EICRs & Remedial Works

* Upgrades

* Installation works

Requirements:

* 18th edition

* 2391 (Preferred)

* NVQ L3

* Social housing/High Volume Maintenance experience

* UK Driving license
