Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality lessons to students across the curriculum, tailored to their individual needs.
Collaborate with experienced staff to create a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.
Develop and implement effective lesson plans that engage and inspire students.
Attend regular meetings and participate in professional development opportunities.
Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive and supportive learning atmosphere.
Work alongside senior teachers and mentors to refine your teaching techniques and strategies.
Ideal Candidate:

Recent graduate with a completed teaching qualification (QTS) or in the process of completing your NQT year.
Passionate about teaching and committed to improving student outcomes.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and staff.
Adaptable, motivated, and eager to learn.
Ability to manage a classroom effectively and maintain a positive learning environment.
Must be flexible and open to working in different schools and settings.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
