I'm looking for a Contract Manager - Social Housing for works around the West Midlands, looking after Repairs and Voids workstreams. This is for one of the largest Repairs and Maintenance contractors in the UK, with serious progression opportunities as they continue to expand and grow.

The Contract Manager - Social Housing will mainly look after three major client contracts in the West Midlands, with 4 supervisors and 25 direct trades operatives. The woks will include Day to Day Repairs, Void Property Refurbishments and Planned Workstreams within tenanted and empty homes.
The role will entail:

Maintaining and Expanding client relationships
Monitoring and Improving KPIs related to the different contracts
Managing labour resources to ensure smooth and efficient running of the contracts
Managing teams of Supervisors, RLO's and Administrators
I'm ideally looking to speak to a Contract Manager - Social Housing bias that has:

Experience running multiple Repairs and Maintenance workstreams at once
Experience working within Social Housing
SMSTS
A Clean criminal record (DBS checks will be required)
A Full UK Driving Licence (Company Car or Car Allowance is offered)
And in return, the Contract Manager - Social Housing bias will receive:

£55,000 - £65,000 annual salary
Annual Bonus worth up to £5,000
A company car or car allowance
22 Days + Bank Holidays, with one extra day added (up to 5) for each years' service
