Salary: £125 - £205 per day (DOE)

About the English Teacher Role:
As an English Teacher, you will be instrumental in shaping the educational experiences of our young learners. Your key responsibilities will include:

Providing an outstanding and tailored learning experience that meets the unique needs of each student.

Upholding confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of your role.Curriculum Responsibilities:
In this dynamic role, you will adopt a unique and creative approach to teaching, focusing on identifying the interests and learning styles of each pupil. Your duties will include:

Planning, preparing, and evaluating customised learning programmes that promote physical, emotional, social, cultural, and moral development.
Teaching individual students and small groups, adapting lessons and methodologies as needed.
Supporting students in preparing for public exams and assessing their abilities to help them reach their full potential.
Supervising pupils during exams and presentations.
Contributing to curriculum development, ensuring that school activities enhance pupils' overall development.Pupil Engagement:
A successful English Teacher will excel at building meaningful relationships with pupils. In this role, you will:

Stay informed about safe working practices while maintaining a focus on health and safety.
Collaborate with the senior leadership team and fellow educators to develop courses, materials, and assessment methods.General Duties of an English Teacher:
In addition to your teaching responsibilities, you will be expected to:

Prioritise the safeguarding and welfare of all pupils according to school policies.
Engage in regular reviews of your teaching methods and work programmes with senior staff.

Serve as a role model, setting high expectations that inspire both academic and personal growth.
Provide constructive feedback to help students understand their progress and set achievable goals.Assessment and Reporting:
Accurate assessment and reporting are essential for supporting pupils' futures. As an English Teacher, you will:

Utilise available mechanisms to assess the emotional well-being, learning, and behaviour of students.
Maintain detailed records of assessments and prepare insightful reports for Annual Reviews and other meetings.Resources:
